These Terms, together with any documents expressly referred to in them, set out the basis on which you may make use of the Site as a visitor. The Site does not offer user accounts or registration, and use of the Site does not require you to create one.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you may:

• print or download extracts of pages of the Site for the purpose of evaluating our services, provided you do not modify them or remove any proprietary notices.

Where you submit information to us through a form on the Site, you must ensure that the details you provide, such as your name, email address and any other contact information, are accurate and not misleading. You are responsible for ensuring that everyone who accesses the Site through your internet connection or on your behalf is aware of these Terms and complies with them.

• reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell or otherwise exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes except as expressly permitted by these Terms;
• submit, transmit or upload through any form on the Site any material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, deceptive or that contains malware or any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material; or
• use the Site to impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

We have the right to investigate suspected breaches of this section and to report any activity that we suspect is unlawful to the relevant authorities and to co-operate with those authorities, including by disclosing your identity to them. A breach of this section may result in our immediately withdrawing your right to use the Site.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site and in the material published on it, including its text, graphics, layout, design, look and feel, logos, software and the compilation of all of the foregoing. Those works are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws around the world. All such rights are reserved.

"Pyramid Ledger", our logo and any associated product or service names are trade marks of, or are otherwise used under licence by, Pyramid Ledger Ltd. You may not use any of these marks without our prior written consent, and nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use them.

You may not modify any content you have printed or downloaded from the Site, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text. Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on the Site must always be acknowledged.

If you print, copy or download any part of the Site in breach of these Terms, your right to use the Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

The content on the Site is provided for general information only. Although we make reasonable efforts to keep the information up to date, it is not intended to amount to professional advice on which you should rely. In particular, nothing on the Site constitutes cybersecurity, technical, legal, regulatory, financial or other professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

Submitting the "Contact" form or the "Get a Quote" form, or otherwise contacting us through the Site, does not create any contract or engagement between you and us, and does not oblige us to provide any services to you.

The descriptions of our services on the Site are for information only and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. Any quote, proposal or indicative pricing we provide in response to an enquiry is subject to contract and may be withdrawn or revised.

Any engagement to provide services will be governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between you (or your organisation) and Pyramid Ledger Ltd, setting out the scope, fees, deliverables and terms of that engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and such a written agreement in respect of services we provide, the written agreement will prevail.

Where the Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or any information you may obtain from them.

We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. If you decide to access any third-party website linked from the Site, you do so entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use of that website.

The Site is made available free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or secure. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of the Site without notice.

The Site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, Inc., which provides our content-delivery, security and anti-abuse infrastructure, including the Cloudflare Turnstile protection used on our forms. We will not be liable to you if, for any reason, the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time we may restrict access to some parts of the Site, or the entire Site.

We may update and change the Site from time to time to reflect changes to our services, our users' needs and our business priorities. We are not responsible for ensuring that the Site, or any content on it, is free from errors or omissions.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the Site, and for using your own virus-protection software.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

Subject to the paragraph above, and because the Site is a free informational marketing website, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, the Site, or use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Site. We process personal data only as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect any personal data you provide through the Site, including via the "Contact" and "Get a Quote" forms. We handle personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using the Site you acknowledge that we will process such data in accordance with that policy.

Information about the cookies and similar technologies we use, which are limited to strictly necessary cookies for the security and operation of the Site, is set out in our Cookie Policy. Those cookies are governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR). The Site does not use analytics, advertising, marketing pixels or cross-site tracking technologies, and it does not set non-essential cookies.

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Site) are governed by the law of England and Wales.

You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.

We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. We recommend that you check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you from the date they are published on the Site.
